Pourmassage oil onto your palms andrubthem together to warm the oil. Use mild, lightstrokesand massage oil into baby’s skin.
Gently place yourhandflat against the body starting at the center of thetummyand pushing to the side moving outwards.
Begin the massage with thelegs. Start with the thigh and slowly move your hand down to the feet and toes. Move your thumb in a slightcircular motionto massage the feet.
Next, massage thehandsstarting with theshoulderand moving down to the hands and fingers. Gentlysqueezethe palm and fingers.
Work your way slowly to thechestandtummyby moving your hands in aheart-shaped motionstarting from the chest and ending at the center of the tummy.
To finish, gentlyrollthe baby over on the tummy and give abackrub. Use acircular motionto go from the shoulder to the hip.
